The governing body of ISHAWS is the Governing Council, made up of the following:

The Three Founders (Founding Members)
A Chairman (President), identified in the National Delegate outgoing
A National Delegate the National Delegates appointed by the international board of the EHS on the proposal of the Board of Directors, which chooses among the beneficiaries;
Eight Directors (Executive Board), elected by the general Meeting of the Company convened by the President, among the members in good standing with the registration. The members, in good standing with the inscription, but not present at the Meeting, will be represented with the delegation of the President or the National Delegate or will be able to vote via e-mail (at the secretary office).
The Board of Directors appoints two members of the board, respectively, the functions of Secretary and Treasurer.
Two Delegates to the website (Website Delegates are also elected with the mode of the Directors.

The Members of the Board of Directors, with the exception of the Founding Members who are part of law, shall remain in office for three years and may be re-elected.
The Chairman has the duties of directors, together with the Secretary and the Treasurer, shall convene the Board of Directors and in accordance with it organizes the activities and scientific, is through with the Companies for any sponsorships.
The National officer is the official representative of ISHAWS (Italian Chapter) at the EHS. Assists the President in the performance of its functions.
The Director and Secretary is in charge of the records of members and contact details. In collaboration with the Delegates to the website load quickly communicate to all Members the activities of the Company.
The Counselor, Treasurer keeps the entry fees, it urges the payment of annual dues, shall make the documented expenses of management, shall be responsible in connection with the National Delegate, to the payment of the share of EHS.
Members of the’ ISHAWS you agree not to implement activities, scientific or didactic, inherent in matter, in the field of national and international, under the auspices or sponsorship of the E. H. S., without the express consent of the President and the National Delegate.
